The Municipal Utilities Authority is responsible for solid waste management, recycling services and water supply planning. Operates transfer station system, household hazardous waste disposal facility and programs, recycling center, curbside recycling collection program, and administers regional composting facilities. Develops and operates the county well fields and potable water distribution system.
