There will be approximately 40 companies in attendance, looking for new employees. This event is open to the public. Bring a resume if you have one, though they are not required.

The goal of the Job Fair is facilitate meetings between companies that may have openings and residents of Morris County who may be good candidates for those jobs.

"The Borough of Wharton would like to continue our efforts to do our part with the economic recovery for our area,'' said Wharton Mayor Bill Chegwidden. "Our Seventh Annual Job Fair involves businesses that operate within and around the town. Historically, people lived where they worked. We would like to promote that concept to both our residents and businesses to encourage investment by all back into the community.''

(PNG, 6KB)"We thank Wharton for its efforts to connect local residents of Morris County to jobs in or near their community,'' said Morris County Freeholder Director Doug Cabana.
