The Turkey Trot is sponsored in part by Atlantic Sports Health, the Official Health Care Sponsor of the Trot. As a free service to the community, they are offering three free Couch-to-5k training sessions at their 111 Madison Avenue, Morristown location.
This program is aimed at helping people who have never run a 5k before train for the Trot. Participants who complete all three sessions will also receive a free T-Shirt and free registration for the Turkey Trot. There is still time to register for the first session, which will be held on September 19. Registration information and details can be found on the race website.
