Navigating Hope and Hope One Crossing the County in Dec. and Jan.

Providing Mobile Social Services and Addictions Mobile Services -- 22 Stops Planned at 12 Sites
Morris County's mobile social-services-center-on-wheels, Navigating Hope, and the Sheriff's Hope One addiction services vehicle will be crisscrossing Morris County over the next six weeks, making a combined 22 visits to a dozen sites, from Riverdale to Washington Township.
The mobile programs visit supermarkets, libraries, churches, train stations, soup kitchens, shopping malls, and many other locations to reach county residents in need of assistance.
Stops are planned through Jan. 10 at locations in Dover, Florham Park,, Hanover Township, Lincoln Park, Morristown, Randolph, Riverdale, Rockaway Township, Washington Township, and Wharton. Navigating Hope's runs frequently are coordinated with the Morris County Sheriff's Hope One van.

We are reaching out to residents in all areas of Morris County with Navigating Hope and Hope One to provide Stigma-Free assistance, counseling, and treatment for county residents in need,'' said Morris County Freeholder Kathy DeFillippo, liaison to the county's Human Services agencies. "These are residents who may not be able to travel to county offices or who have fallen through the cracks of the system.''

Navigating Hope offers on-site benefits eligibility screenings and application assistance, plus linkage to other community services. It is a partnership between the Morris County Department of Human Services and Family Promise of Morris County. Offerings include:
