DWI checkpoints are funded by grants received by the Prosecutor's Office from the State Division of Highway Traffic Safety to establish checkpoints in cooperation with municipal police departments throughout Morris County.
The Prosecutor's Office has set up sobriety checks in the past two years in Chester, Denville, Jefferson, Mount Olive, Randolph, Roxbury, and Washington Township. Further checkpoint dates and locations will be announced in the future.
