Morris Prosecutor Confirms Two Fatalities in Route 80 School Bus Crash

Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp and New Jersey State Police Acting Superintendent Patrick Callahan confirm that two individuals sustained fatal injuries as a result of the motor vehicle crash that occurred during the morning hours of May 17 on Route 80 in Mt. Jennifer Williamson, 51, of Paramus, died as a result of injuries sustained during this incident. Ms. Williamson was employed as a 5th grade teacher with the East Brook Middle School.

A female student, age 10, whose name is not being released, also died as a result of injuries sustained during this incident. The female was a 5th grade student at the East Brook Middle School.

Multiple other individuals sustained injuries of varying severity as a result of this incident. No further information regarding the identity of those persons, or the severity of their injuries, is being released at this time.
