Morris County YSAC Education Partnership Celebrates 10th Anniversary

A Link Between the County's Educational Community and Behavioral Health Services and Provider
A training session on Trauma and the Impact on Student Education'' to be held at the County College of Morris on Wednesday (Oct. 18) will kick off the tenth anniversary of training programs offered by the Morris County Youth Services Advisory Committee Education Partnership.

This program will be the first of four trainings to be offered, by the Morris County YSAC Education Partnership, for the 2017-2018 school year.
A second training session on social media and youth is scheduled on Wednesday, Dec. 13, at the Morris County Public Safety Academy in Parsippany. Details on two more sessions in 2018 will be forthcoming.
The Freeholder Board congratulates the county's Education Partnership on the efforts it has made over the past decade to connect educators and professionals to needed services for our children,'' said Freeholder Kathy DeFillippo, the county governing board's liaison to human services issues.
Through the Morris County YSAC Education Partnership, education professionals get up-to-date, ongoing training on available services and learn how to access them, with a goal of ensuring that children receive the help they need.
