Morris County Prosecutor: Morristown Man Charged with Sex Assault at Senior Facility

61-Year-Old Man Charged with Sexual Assault & Criminal Sexual Contact
Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp, Prosecutor's Acting Chief of Investigations Christoph Kimker, and Morris Plains Police Chief Michael Koroski announce that Anthony Ligon, 61, of Morristown, has been charged with Sexual Assault and Criminal Sexual Contact in connection with a July 3 incident.
This defendant, Ligon, is alleged to have committed a sexual assault and an act of sexual contact on July 3 on a female resident, age 82, who resides at Arbor Terrace Senior Living Facility, located in Morris Plains Jersey.
Ligon was employed by Arbor Terrace at the time of the offense as a maintenance technician.
The defendant has been charged and is currently lodged at the Morris County Correctional Facility.
