Learn about new development projects in Morris County and how real estate trends may affect your business or municipality in 2018 at a special "State of the Market -- 2018'' seminar to be offered by the Morris County Chamber of Commerce on Jan. 24 in Florham Park.(JPG, 83KB)

• State of Retail: Marc Hays, partner in acquisitions and leasing with Stansberry Development
• Demographics: Christine Marion. Planning Director for the Morris County Office of Planning & Preservation
• Office and Industrial: Howard Weinberg, executive vice president with JonesLand LaSalle

The seminar, which is open to Chamber member and non-members, will be held at Morris County Chamber of Commerce offices at 325 Columbia Turnpike, in Florham Park.
