Morris County Chamber: Luncheon with WNBC 4 Chief Meteorologist Janice Huff

With a mission to propel women to greater personal and professional success, the Women in Business Committee of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce will host a luncheon with guest speaker Janice Huff of NBC 4 New York/WNBC on Friday, Feb. 23 at The Westin Governor Morris.

The event will begin with networking for attendees, followed by a conversation with Huff in an intimate Q&A format led by Angela Kubisky, executive vice president of membership and marketing at the Chamber.
Guests will learn more about her accomplishments and contributions as a broadcast meteorologist as well as her philanthropic community involvement.
As a member of the New York State Broadcasters Association's Hall of Fame, Huff has provided weather information to Tri-State television viewers for more than 20 years since joining NBC in 1995. She also was awarded the Allen B. Dumont Broadcaster of the Year Award from Montclair State University.
With a passion for giving back to the community, Huff mentors young journalists, and is the host of Wednesday's Child, a quarterly adoption feature known for shining a spotlight on foster children and families.
Huff also is a member of the National Weather Association, The American Meteorological Society, the National Association of Black Journalists, the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, and the Friars Club.
