Join Morris Arts for its 10th Annual Pumpkin Illumination for all ages in Morristown beginning at 5 p.m., tonight, Monday, Oct. 28.

The event takes place on the lawn of the Vail Mansion at 110 South Street in Morristown.

The event starts at 5 p.m. with a gathering of pumpkins around the reflecting pool and live jazz by The Lintet, a New Jersey/New York based jazz ensemble led by Taiwanese-American trombonist Peter Lin, whose playing was reviewed by Downbeat Magazine as solid, fluid, and smooth. The band's repertoire includes popular jazz standards, soul classics, exciting originals, and even special renditions of Taiwanese folk songs.

From 5:30 €“ 6:15 p.m., take a workshop with renowned artist Dan Fenelon, who works with communities to create one-of-a-kind art projects. In keeping with the Halloween theme, participants can decorate creatures and masks, culminating with Morristown Mayor Tim Dougherty leading a luminary parade.
At 6:15 p.m., the pumpkin illumination begins.
