JCP&L crews are continuing to work around the clock to safely make repairs for customers affected by Tropical Storm Isaias.(JPG, 32KB)

JCP&L has established a Global ETR (Estimated Time of Restoration) of 11 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 11. This means 95 percent of the customers currently out of power will have their power restored by that time.

When line crews are assigned to specific outage orders a unique User ETR will be assigned to that order. As additional utility resources are brought in, the ETRs could be adjusted.

Report a Power Outage 888-544-4877 (888-LIGHTSS)

JCP&L reminds customers to immediately report any downed wires to the company, or their local police department. Customers should never go near a downed power line, even if they think it is no longer carrying electricity. Extra caution should be used in areas where downed lines are tangled in trees or other debris.

To report downed wires or power outages, call 1-888-LIGHTSS (1-888-544-4877), or click the Report Outage link at www.firstenergycorp.com.
