Freeholders Change Meeting Times for Work Sessions in 2018

The Morris County Board of Freeholders has made some alterations in its meeting schedule for 2018, with changes made in the time of work sessions, and also has voted to continue its road meetings'' once monthly from April through October.
Regular public meetings of the Freeholder Board will be held at 7 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month, with the exception of holidays.
Most meetings will be in the Freeholder Public Meeting Room, 5th floor, Administration & Records Building, 10 Court Street, Morristown, N.J. 07960.
The exceptions will be evening road meetings'' in various towns across the county on April 11, May 7, June 13, July 11, Aug. 8, Sept. 12, and Oct. 10. The locations of these meetings held not been finalized.
The Board of Freeholders also voted to change the meeting times of most of its 2018 county government work sessions to 4:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesday's of each month. The board previously have those work meetings at 9:30 a.m.
However, work sessions will be held at 9:30 a.m. on the days of evening road meetings,'' on April 11, May 7, June 13, July 11, Aug. 8, Sept. 12, and Oct. 10. All work sessions will be held in Morristown.
