Each subsequent Munch and Learn will feature a representative or representatives from an organization that provides services or resources to veterans. Presenters will discuss programs and services offered by their organization for veterans.

A light dinner will be provided at each of the Munch and Learn sessions.

The June 18 event will start at 6 p.m. It will be held at the Morris County Office of Temporary Assistance, at 340 West Hanover Avenue in Morris Township, in the ground floor conference room. Parking is available outside of the building.

If you would like to attend this event, please RSVP to Bertha Cornejo-More of Morris County Veterans Services at 973.285.6865 as soon as possible.

Also, Morris County has unveiled a new military veterans' information page, designed to be a place for veterans and their families to get up-to-date information on veterans' services, programs, resources, and organizations.

The new page, developed at the request of commanders of county veterans' organizations, includes information on the Morris County Veterans Service Office, the Morris County Clerk's Veterans ID Card and Discount Program, and the county's Military Distinguished Service Medals Program, plus it offers an evolving list of all military organizations in Morris County
