County College of Morris Receives Top National and State Rankings

Recognized for a High-Quality Education by PayScale.com and Washington Monthly
PayScale.com, creator of the world's largest online salary database, has released its annual College Salary Report for 2017 and named County College of Morris as the best two-year college in New Jersey in terms of graduates who earn the highest salaries at mid-career.
Additionally, CCM has been recognized by Washington Monthly magazine as one of two top community colleges in New Jersey and in the top third nationally for adult learners.

CCM's strategic plan also places a strong emphasis on developing additional programs to better meet the needs of adult students, along with serving as an economic engine for Morris County by offering needed workforce development programs,'' he added.
"This is yet another indication that CCM offers one of the best educations for two-year colleges in the nation,'' said Freeholder Thomas Mastrangelo. "We are proud of the efforts made by our students and administration.''
According to PayScale, CCM alumni's mid-career median pay is $69,900, an increase of $5,800 from last year's survey. To create its 2017 report, PayScale surveyed 2.3 million graduates from more than 2,700 colleges and universities. Respondents reported their pay, major, highest degree earned and where they earned their degree.

In the Washington Monthly rating, CCM was one of only two community colleges in New Jersey to gain recognition as a top college for adult learning. Raritan Valley Community College was the other community college.
