CCM to Host the American College Dance Association Northeast Region Conference

More than 350 People Expected to Participate in Master Classes and Performances

(JPG, 2MB)The Department of Music, Dance and Performing Arts at County College of Morris (CCM) will host the American College Dance Association (ACDA) Northeast Region Conference in March. This marks the second time in 20 years that CCM has been selected to host this prestigious conference.

More than 350 participants from 26 colleges and universities will be on campus March 15 €“ 18 for the conference consisting of master classes, film screenings, special topic lectures and performances judged by renowned dance professionals.

The ACDA's mission is to promote the talent and creativity housed within college and university dance departments. Its regional conferences and national dance festival offer students and faculty the opportunity to participate in performances, workshops, panels and master classes taught by instructors from around the region and country.
