The Division of Community and Behavioral Health Services is accepting applications for Community Service Aide for a Municipal Alliance Coordinator.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Under supervision, performs a variety of office work involved in community-oriented programs funded through the Governor’s Council on Substance Use Disorder (GCSUD):
- Compiles, organizes, and files documentation to ensure adequate record keeping
- Assist in documentation file reviews and reimbursement requests analyzing for completeness
- Tracking of documents and emails
- Creates letters, emails, and other documents for dissemination related to community-orientated programs
- Enter payment requests and other invoices into the accounts payable system
- Works in conjunction with the Purchasing, Treasurer’s Office, and Commissioners Office for delivery and/or retrieval of time sensitive documents.
- Complete program monitoring of projects to ensure appropriate implementation of programs
- Organization/scheduling of funding review and committee meetings
- Review and assess applications and plans for GCSUD and County funding
- Assist with mandatory reporting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Qualifications
Appointees will be required to possess a valid New Jersey driver’s license.
