Do you want to register to vote in Morris County for the next election? You can do that online, via mail, or in person by following these steps:
* You may register to vote if you are at least 17 years old but cannot vote until reaching the age of 18.

Mail to the Morris County Commissioner of Registration, PO Box 900, Morristown, NJ, 07963-9912.
Completed voter registration applications can be mailed or delivered in person and deposited in the drop-off box available in the Lobby of the Administration & Records Building located at 10 Court Street, Morristown, NJ 07960.
