Preservation Trust Fund

Personnel

We are responsible for the administration of Morris County’s Human Resources programs which include assistance with recruitment and selection; orientation of new hires; payroll processing; employee benefits administration; ensuring compliance with County policies and procedures as well as Federal and State laws and regulations; and providing training programs for Morris County employees.

Municipal Utilities Authority

We implement recycling, solid and hazardous waste programs throughout Morris County. The MCMUA Water Division sells drinking water to several municipalities and water companies and serves as Morris County's environmental resource.

We manage county roads, building construction and maintenance, mosquito control, and county vehicles.
