Emergency Winter Sheltering

OTA

NJ S-3422, signed into law on January 21, 2020, requires that the Morris County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) declare a Code Blue alert when the National Weather Service predicts temperatures will reach 32 degrees Fahrenheit or lower, or that the wind chill temperature will be zero degrees Fahrenheit or lower for a period of two (2) or more hours.
