We will review the most recent DWI studies, case law and title 39. We will then discuss the different forms of impairment an officer will observe during the field sobriety test for alcohol and cannabis. Lastly, we will discuss the steps after the arrest, proper report writing and how to prepare for a DWI trial. There are no prerequisites for this class. This is not a SFST certification class.
