Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp Welcomes Two New Assistant Prosecutors to the Morris County Prosecutor's Office

On Tuesday, September 3, 2019, Margaret P. Dellraria and Lucas J. Gatti were sworn in as Assistant Prosecutors with the Morris County Prosecutor's Office.
Assistant Prosecutor Dellraria graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western New England University with a Bachelors of Arts in Communication and a minor in Business. She then attended The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law where she received a Juris Doctor in 2018, ranking 10th out of 75 students. Assistant Prosecutor Dellraria was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2018. Prior to joining this Office, she was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Sallyanne Floria in Essex County, NJ Superior Court. While attending law school, she served as a Student Attorney, a Legal Extern with the U.S. Department of Justice, a Legal Extern with a private law firm in New York, and as a Legal Intern with the Suffolk County Courts in New York. She begins her career with this Office in the Domestic Violence Unit.

Assistant Prosecutor Gatti attended the County College of Morris, then Montclair State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts in History. He then attended Rutgers Law School where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2018. Assistant Prosecutor Gatti was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2018. Prior to joining this Office, he was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Martin G. Cronin in Essex County, NJ Superior Court. While attending Law School, he served as a Law Clerk in a private law firm in New Jersey and as a Legal Intern with the Morris County Office of the Public Defender. He begins his career with this Office in the Pre-Trial Services Unit.

Prosecutor Knapp stated that The very impressive credentials of these new Assistant Prosecutors will lend itself to the overall effectiveness of the Morris County Prosecutor's Office. I am confident that both will serve honorably and will benefit the residents of Morris County, he said.
