Prosecutor Knapp addressed members of the community at the breakfast, and specifically stressed how important it is for leaders in Morris County to continue fighting this epidemic. The combined efforts of local law enforcement, treatment centers, clergy, and community groups have already made an enormous impact on the Heroin and Opioid Epidemic in Morris County.

Continued community outreach is important to the Morris County Prosecutor's Office. Without the partnerships with leaders in Morris County such as Morris County Sheriff James M. Gannon, Alton Robinson of Morris CARES, Barbara Kaufman of Morris County Prevention is Key, and local treatment centers, the challenge of combatting the Heroin and Opioid Epidemic would be much greater.
