Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp, Morris County Prosecutor's Office Acting Chief of Investigations Chris Kimker, and Parsippany-Troy Hills Police Chief Andrew Miller announce the investigation of a deceased person in Parsippany, New Jersey.
On September 9, 2019, law enforcement received information regarding a deceased male inside a home in the area of Old Bloomfield Avenue, Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey. Investigation confirmed that a deceased male's body was located inside a residence in the area. The cause and manner of death are pending and the investigation remains open and ongoing. The identity of the individual will not be released at this time.
The investigation is being conducted by members of the Parsippany-Troy Hills Police Department, the Morris County Sheriff's Office Crime Scene Investigation Unit, and the Morris County Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Unit.
