Public comments are welcome in person or by submitting written comments to the Morris County Open Space Program Coordinator. Written comments may be submitted via email with the subject line “Public Comment” to the Morris County Open Space Program Coordinator, Barbara Murray at bmurray@co.morris.nj.us or by mail addressed to Barbara Murray, Morris County Open Space Program Coordinator, Morris County Office of Planning and Preservation, 30 Schuyler Place, 4th Floor, PO Box 900, Morristown, NJ 07963. Emailed comments must be received at least eight (8) hours prior to the meeting. Mailed comments must be received by 4:00 PM the day before the meeting. There will be no public comment accepted via WebEx. All public comments will need to be made in person. Remote attendees are advised software limitations will require telephone access only to the meeting after closed session is adjourned.
This committee reviews open space applications submitted by any of the 39 municipalities in the county as well as eligible land conservancies.
