As a trainee and productive worker, performs work involved in learning to locate and recognize mosquito breeding areas; does other related duties as required.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Performs visual inspection of mosquitoes in their habitat such as ditches, swamps, stagnant water. Responds to service requests from the public. Learns, selects and applies approved chemicals and biological controls to mosquito habitat.
