Last week, Morris County Surrogate Heather Darling attended Dover's 40th Annual Senior Picnic, which embraced a lively Hawaiian Luau theme. The picnic, marking its milestone year, drew its largest crowd ever, with attendees enjoying the tropical décor and festive atmosphere.
Two representatives from the Morris County Surrogate's Office were present, answering questions from the large crowd and providing valuable information about wills, trusts, and estate planning. Their table was a popular stop as seniors inquired about the various services and support offered by the Surrogate's Office.
Surrogate Darling thanked Dover’s Mayor Jim Dodd for the invitation and his kind remarks during the event. The picnic was a resounding success, showcasing Dover’s strong community spirit and commitment to its senior residents.
