Advisory Committee on Women

Serves as a fact finding committee by studying the needs, problems, interests, convents and capabilities of the women who reside and work in Morris County.

Advisory Council on Aging Disabilities & Veterans (ACADV)

Responsible for developing recommendations related to service priorities, funding and pending legislation to meet the needs of senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and veterans and their families.

County Alliance Steering Subcommittee

Reviews and recommends substance prevention programs that may be implemented at the local level.

Human Services Advisory Council

Reviews, monitors and improves county-level human service activities, programs and services with an emphasis on homelessness, child care, transportation, and general human services. Develops funding recommendations for certain human service and programs.

MAPS Citizen Advisory Committee

Advises the Morris Area Paratransit System program on transportation services for senior citizens and disabled.

Mental Health Addictions Services Advisory Board

Reviews, monitors and improves county mental health and addiction services and makes funding recommendations for programs that serve this population.

Morris, Sussex, Warren HIV/AIDS Advisory Committee

Serves as a united voice on behalf of HIV infected and affected consumers, service providers and county governments. It is the primary coordinating, planning and policy development entity on issues related to HIV/AIDS in the region.

Youth Services Advisory Committee

The YSAC serves as the mechanism to develop a responsive, accessible and integrated system of care for youth and young adults (ages 0-21 years) with special social/emotional needs and their families, as well as juveniles (0-18 years) charged or adjudicated delinquent.
