Labor Relations We are responsible for negotiating contracts with the unions representing county employees.
Medical Services We provide examinations and annual re-examinations of county employees conducted by medical staff from St. Clare’s Hospital, as well as pre-employment physicals.
Personnel We are responsible for the administration of Morris County’s Human Resources programs which include assistance with recruitment and selection; orientation of new hires; payroll processing; employee benefits administration; ensuring compliance with County policies and procedures as well as Federal and State laws and regulations; and providing training programs for Morris County employees.
Risk Management We plan, coordinate and implement the county’s safety and safety training programs and the liability & workers compensation insurance programs. We analyze risk exposure and implement and coordinate programs to reduce employee accidents and financial loss.
