Program Offers Four-Year Scholarship, Mentor and Ongoing Support

KPMG is taking applications from senior high school girls for its KPMG Future Leaders Program Class of 2021.

Each year, KPMG Future Leaders Program awards 22 deserving high school female seniors:

  1. A scholarship of $10,000 per year for 4 years of college
  2. A pairing with an executive woman mentor for one-year
  3. A leadership development retreat and ongoing KPMG support

The KPMG Future Leaders Program is a charitable initiative focused on developing future generations of women leaders. Funded by proceeds from the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship and KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit, the KPMG Future Leaders Program annually awards 22 top female high school seniors the opportunity to enhance their personal growth through college scholarships, a leadership development retreat, mentorship, and an introduction to golf.

Girls who are interested in applying should visit the online application site, along with the attached email template and program snapshot. The application deadline is Feb. 1. An independent selection committee will select and notify the 22 recipients by April 15.

Since the program’s inception in 2016, $2.68M in scholarships has been awarded to 100 KPMG Future Leaders.
