The state’s mobile Census billboard vehicle will visit sites across Morris County tomorrow, Sunday, Aug. 23, to reach out to county residents who have not filled filled out their 2020 Census.

Stops are planned Dover, Morristown, and Parsippany.

Morris County Counts 2020: Fill Out the Census on Sunday in Dover, Morristown, and Parsippany

Fill Out the Census at These Locations:

Morristown: Farmers Market, 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.

Morristown: St. Margaret’s Church, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Parsippany: Parsippany Library Main Branch (Halsey Rd), 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Parsippany: Lake Hiawatha Municipal Lot (N. Beverwyck Rd), 2:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.

Dover: Bravo Supermarket Dover,  4:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Representatives from local organizations and Census workers and volunteers will be available to help residents fill out their Census forms, and can offer help to non-English speakers at each site.

Filling out the Census is safe, easy and important. 

  • Safety: Census data will be secure. Your data will not be shared. There is no citizenship question on the Census. You will not be asked for Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or other very personal data;
  • Ease: You can fill out the Census online this year for the first time. You also can easily respond by mail. Also, the Census is available in many languages.
  • Importance: The Census count determines how much money the federal government allocates for programs in our state and county, and our representation in Congress
