First Session is Wednesday, Feb. 19; Sessions Run Through March 25
The Wellness Initiative for Senior Education (WISE) Program celebrates healthy aging and educates older adults on a variety of topics. This free program will take place at Butler Public Library, 1 Ace Road, Butler, NJ 07405, Wednesdays beginning February 19 through March 25 from 10 – 11:30 a.m. and is open to anyone 60 or older who lives in Morris County. Seating is limited.
The educational program offers six lessons that cover a wide range of topics. Educators from the agency Prevention is Key will provide this training. Participants will have an opportunity to meet new people and:
