A Morris County Grand Jury handed up an indictment today charging the defendant with two counts of official misconduct and stalking. The defendant was originally arrested and charged on Aug. 21, 2019.

An investigation disclosed that between 2017 and May 2019, Tung, had stalked a student and committed acts that constituted a course of alarming conduct, both inside and outside of the school.
