The Morris County Office of Emergency Management continues to monitor the storm, which is offering hazardous weather conditions including wet snow, sleet, freezing rain, as well as accumulating ice.Morris County OEM logo

Snow showers are expected to continue until afternoon, transitioning to freezing rain and then rain showers continuing throughout the overnight into Wednesday morning.

Approximately 1-4 inches of snow and ice accumulation are possible (depending on location/elevation etc.) Total rainfall for Tuesday could be between 0.7-0.8 inches with additional rainfall between 0.1-0.2 inches on Wednesday morning.

Governor Murphy declared a State of Emergency effective at 12 a.m today.
