Under supervision, performs routine, repetitive clerical work involving the processing of documents in a variety of functions; does other related duties as required.

Examples of work:

  • Conducting telephone assessments with consumers for home-delivered meals
  • Submitting consumer information into the state computer system
  • Communication with Site Managers regarding meal counts and scheduling
  • Ordering supplies and monitoring inventory
  • Collecting and reporting timesheets for nutrition employees
  • Completing Menu and Activities calendars
  • Processing vouchers and invoices
  • Completing and submitting quarterly reports
  • Other clerical/office duties as needed
