Under supervision, performs routine, repetitive clerical work involving the processing of documents in a variety of functions; does other related duties as required.
Examples of work:
- Conducting telephone assessments with consumers for home-delivered meals
- Submitting consumer information into the state computer system
- Communication with Site Managers regarding meal counts and scheduling
- Ordering supplies and monitoring inventory
- Collecting and reporting timesheets for nutrition employees
- Completing Menu and Activities calendars
- Processing vouchers and invoices
- Completing and submitting quarterly reports
- Other clerical/office duties as needed
