MOUNT OLIVE TWP. – A free program on Asian tiger mosquitoes will be presented at 7 p.m., Tuesday, June 13, in the gathering room of the Mount Olive Public Library, 202 Flanders-Drakestown Road, Budd Lake.
Teresa Duckworth, senior wetlands specialist with the Morris County Department of Planning and Public Works’ Division of Mosquito Control will lead a discussion on the biology of the Asian tiger mosquito and techniques to reduce the pest.
The Asian Tiger Mosquito travelling display will also be at the library June 12-16 for the public to view and pick up important information.
