The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for northern New Jersey. The Morris County Office of Emergency Management is monitoring the coastal system that is starting to develop.
Rain is expected to move in early tomorrow morning, and increase coverage and intensity throughout the morning. Steady rain is expected to fall throughout much of the day.
The forecast data suggests rainfall in the amounts of 1.0-1.5” with the majority falling during the day on Saturday. Winds will be from the east/northeast at about 8-16mph with gusts up to 20-30 MPH.
