Authorities today have announced that Shaquor Singletary, 23, of Dover was arrested and charged with multiple crimes, including charges of first degree Kidnapping, first degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, second degree Robbery, third degree Aggravated Assault and third degree Terroristic Threats.
Singletary is alleged to have forced an adult female victim into a residence in Dover on Saturday, Dec. 17, according to a statement issued by Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp and Dover Police Department of Public Safety Director Dan DeGroot.
It is further alleged that Singletary threatened the victim, physically and sexually assaulted her, and later forced her to withdraw money from an ATM and turn it over to him.
Singletary was arrested and charged on Monday, Dec. 19. His bail is currently set at $250,000.
