On Wednesday evening, June 15, take a journey to the potential business future of New Jersey, when the Morris County Economic Development Corporation and Morris Tech Meetup presents a special forum entitled “Becoming Silicon Jersey.”
The special event, to be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. in The Mansion at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Florham-Madison campus, will include entrepreneurs and venture capitalists who will discuss what it will take to make New Jersey the next Silicon Valley.
Mike Michalowicz, who is an MSNBC host and author of Profit First, The Pumpkin Plan, and The Toilet Paper Entrepreneur, will deliver the keynote address.
Panel members will include John Carini of iEnterprises; Aaron Price, entrepreneur and “Propeller” founder; Mario Casabona, founder of TechLaunch; and Thomas Wisniewski, managing partner of Newark Venture Partners.
They will discuss opportunities and challenges facing investment, innovation, and entrepreneurship in New Jersey.
