The Morris County Park Commission invites you to experience the “ghost hunting” phenomenon! Paranormal Night is scheduled for the evening of April 9 at the mansion on the grounds of the Frelinghuysen Arboretum in Morris Township.
With the help of experts, use investigative tools to conduct readings inside the Colonial Revival Mansion that dates to 1891.
‘Ghost hunts’ are led by the expert staff of Island Paranormal Society, a group with over 10 years of paranormal experience. The Island Paranormal Society is a small, dedicated organization from Long Island, New York that is extremely passionate about the serious study of Paranormal Activity.
The historic Frelinghuysen Mansion was built in 1891 by George Griswold Frelinghuysen, president of the Ballantine Brewing Company and his wife, Sarah Ballantine, granddaughter of Ballantine Brewing Company founder Peter Ballantine.
Paranormal investigations begin at 7:30 p.m. and end at 11:00 p.m., on Saturday, April 9. The event includes an introduction to paranormal investigating, a 2-hour investigation, a final presentation of findings with a Q&A, and light refreshments.
