Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp and Florham Park Police Chief Chief Robert Treiber have announced the arrest of Mark J. Iantosca, 52, of Florham Park, on two counts of Sexual Assault with a juvenile.
On February 26, 2016, an investigation commenced when the victim reported to law enforcement that the Iantosca engaged in acts of sex with the victim at Iantosca’s home. At the time of the alleged acts, the victim was between 16 and 18 years old.
Superior Court Judge Stephen J. Taylor set bail for Iantosca at $100,000 cash, bond or property, with conditions of no contact with any child under the age of 18. Judge Taylor also issued a Nicole’s Law Restraining Order against the defendant. The defendant was remanded to the Morris County Correctional Facility in default of bail.
