“Strengthening Our Community Through Collaboration: A Conference for Not-For-Profit Organizations,” will take place April 28 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Meadow Wood Manor, 461 Route 10 East in Randolph.

The conference is open to all nonprofit organizations providing service to Morris County residents, and will provide these agencies with an opportunity to come together to network, share ideas and explore ways to collaborate. The event is aimed at nonprofit leadership such as executive directors, board leadership, directors of development, finance directors and those charged with fundraising.

The conference will feature a keynote address by Christine Marion, director of the Morris County Planning Board, who will discuss the expected implications new census figures will have on the county’s nonprofits.

Breakout session topics will be Using Social Media for Your Nonprofit, Critical Financial Information for Your Nonprofit Organization and Morris County Collaboration on Foreclosure.

Registration is $5 and pre-registration is required by April 25. Seating is limited and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
