About the Division
The Division plans, develops, provides and monitors a coordinated, publicly funded human services delivery system focused on, but not limited to, services for at-risk youth, low-income families, and vulnerable individuals.
Funding initiatives include: mental health, youth behavioral health, addictions, homelessness, juvenile justice, municipal prevention programs, and child care.

Office of Community Development
The Office of Community Development serves the 39 municipalities of Morris County through its administration of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships, and Emergency Solutions Grant.
