The Morris County School of Technology will host an Open House on Saturday, Oct. 22, for students and parents from across Morris County interested in learning more about the full-time high school Academy programs.mcvts

Eighth-grade student’s eligible to attend a Morris County high school may consider applying to one of the school’s academies. An eighth-grade student has until December 2 to apply.

The Open House, to be held at the Morris County School of Technology at 400 East Main Street in Denville, is designed to provide visitors the opportunity to tour the school and learn about the specialized academies, which include:

Information sessions will be held at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. in the MCST gymnasium.

Offsite parking will be available from the back parking lot of Zeris Inn located at 372 Route 46 in Mountain Lakes. Shuttle bus service will provide transportation to and from MCST campus at 9:30am to 2:30 pm.

The Morris County Vocational School District (www.mcvts.org) offers career and technical education programs for Morris County high school students, including Career Academies, Share Time Programs, and Adult Education programs.
