Looking for a way to beat the heat?  Why not take a refreshing dip in Sunrise Lake at Lewis Morris County Park.
In addition to swimming, visitors can enjoy boating on the lake, with paddle boats and row boats available for rental.

Sunrise Lake also features Wibit, an obstacle course-like track in the lake where players can either race each other in the water or simply play on the Wibit.  Wibit kayaks are also available for a relaxing ride or a race with family or friends.
New to Sunrise Lake this season is the Zoom Floom inflatable waterslide.

Sunrise Lake also offers, Tiny Tot Tuesdays, a program for tots ages 4 & under, along with an adult to enjoy exclusive use of Sunrise Lake prior to opening hours. This program runs Tuesdays from July 9 to Aug.  20 (except July 23) and takes place 9 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.  It is free for the tots and costs $3 for adults.

Sunrise Lake is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  The lake will close Aug. 26 to Aug. 30, but will reopen Aug. 31 in time for the Labor Day weekend.  Regular admission to Sunrise Lake is $6 for adults (18 – 64), $5 for children (5 – 17) and seniors (65+), and free for children ages 4 and under.
